I've been with CTR Group since 2015, and honestly, it's been a wild ride. Coming from 10+ years of wrangling IT projects and running PMOs, I thought I knew what I was getting into. I was wrong - in the best possible way.

My job is officially to oversee tech initiatives and lead our team, but really? I'm the guy who figures out how to make impossible things happen with technology. The crown jewel of that work is ACTRA, our custom ERP platform that I've been obsessing over. It's not just software; it's the nervous system of everything we do here. Every piece of data, every system, every process. It all flows through ACTRA. And when it works (which is most of the time), it's beautiful.

The thing about CTR Group is we don't do "normal business timelines." While other companies are still scheduling meetings to discuss scheduling meetings, we've already pivoted three times and launched something new. It keeps me on my toes, but that's exactly why I love it here. When something needs to happen, we make it happen. Period.

My philosophy is pretty simple: move fast, break things, fix them faster. Sure, it's not for everyone, but it's gotten us this far. Plus, there's something addictive about turning chaos into order; especially when that order gives our teams superpowers they didn't know they needed.
