When Hunter Boot Ltd faced surplus production, low-selling lines, samples and end-of-line items, they needed a confidential, secure and ethical destruction partner. Any risk of these boots entering resale channels would undermine pricing strategies and brand reputation.

CTR Group managed the entire process from start to finish. We collected all problem stock, unpacked pallets and separated packaging for recycling. Each boot was logged and tracked, then reduced to recycled rubber flake in our secure Midlands facility. All cardboard and paper were recycled. Every step was documented and evidenced to Hunter Boot to guarantee full transparency.

Across our site we process 180 tons of textiles per day and over 46 500 tons per year. To date we have destroyed more than 450 000 individual pieces of Hunter Boot product securely and sustainably—ensuring none re-enter the market and reinforcing the brand’s premium positioning.
