Project Manager, Corby

I joined CTR Group in July 2021 as a Project Manager, bringing over 15 years of experience in the distribution industry. My diverse background, including Transport, Stock Control, Data Analysis, and Resource Planning, has given me a strong, hands-on understanding of how different supply chain areas connect and operate. I use this knowledge to support and drive improvements in my role.

At CTR, I'm responsible for the fulfilment side of the business, overseeing daily operations at one of our key sites in Corby. My role covers managing inbound and outbound logistics, overseeing consumables across all Corby locations, and coordinating facilities management. I also lead new projects from planning through to execution, ensuring we deliver on time and to a high standard. A big part of my role involves working closely with customers to maintain strong relationships and deliver excellent service.

I collaborate with stakeholders across all Corby sites and engage regularly with external partners to ensure our wider operations align with business goals and customer expectations. What I enjoy most is the variety my role brings and the opportunity to bring together people, processes, and planning to achieve real results. My area plays a key role in keeping our operations efficient, well-coordinated, and responsive to the needs of both the business and our customers.

Outside of work, I enjoy travelling to new places, getting stuck into a good book, and spending time on arts and crafts—anything creative that lets me unwind.
