RICHARD RETTINGER

We are celebrating a major internal milestone, as Richard Rettinger marks the beginning of his 10th year with the company.


Having joined CTR nearly a decade ago, Richard has been instrumental in building the technology infrastructure that underpins the Group’s operations today. From logistics systems and internal platforms to reporting and automation, his work has helped transform CTR into a highly connected, data-driven organisation capable of supporting rapid growth and increasingly complex client requirements.


As Head of IT, his influence spans across all divisions, including CTR Collections, CTR Recover and CTR Asset Management. Colleagues across the business recognise not only his technical expertise, but also his problem-solving mindset, commitment to innovation and willingness to support teams at every level.


Described by colleagues as “one of the foundations of the business,” Richard’s decade-long contribution reflects both his personal dedication and the strong culture that continues to define CTR Group.

Louisa Hitchen

CTR is delighted to welcome Louisa Hitchen as Chief Financial Officer.


Bringing a wealth of experience across finance and strategic growth, Louisa joins at a pivotal time for the business and will play a key role in supporting the delivery of CTR’s long-term vision.


Her appointment strengthens the Group’s financial leadership as it continues to scale its operations across reuse, recycling and resource recovery.
