Arcadia Group Stock Rescue: £Millions Recovered in Under 10 Days

When administrators took control of Arcadia Group in November 2020, millions of units lay stranded across the UK, Germany, Belgium and the Netherlands with no clear path to monetisation under a ten-day deadline.

CTR mobilised its dedicated fleet immediately to collect every pallet and SKU into our secure processing hubs. Each item was scanned, manifested and routed through our controlled resale and redistribution frameworks for secondary-market clearance.

In just ten days we recovered full value from over 3 million items - returning critical funds to the administrator faster than any alternative solution while maintaining full audit trails and protecting Arcadia’s brand integrity.
