Textiles Collection
We are the UK’s largest charity shop collector. We offer a tailor-made recycling service to charitable partners looking for a trusted, full-cycle disposal programme to handle the huge variety of items that come their way every single day.
Each week we collect, sort and process 1300+ tonnes of varied products. We’re able to process pretty much anything that comes our way. We’ll either repurpose or reuse it, or break it back down to core components ready for remanufacturing.

Clothing banks
Our fleet of 120+ of the latest Euro-6 vehicles pick up from 3000+ collection points each week in England, Wales and Scotland, including clothes banks and charity shops.
Our dedicated team also closely monitors the performance of each site in our clothing bank estate. This means we rapidly identify sites that perform well – or poorly – and constantly look at developing the location map to make sure the right banks are in the right places for the right people.

Charity retail
Welcome to Box Clever, a brand new concept in charity retail. We know how hard it is for smaller charities to source donations from major retailers. That’s why we’ve created Box Clever, a simple way to bring brand new products into charity stores at low cost and high margins.
Whenever you need fresh stock, whether it’s weekly or monthly, we can supply you with a box of brand new overstock and end-of-line product from some of the biggest names in UK retail, to the value of approximately £800 RRP.

We track and manage the effective collection, sorting, repurposing, recycling and onward distribution from over 3000 different sites across England, Wales and Scotland to dozens of destinations around the world.
It might sound like a tricky and costly business, but it’s at the heart of what we do.
